Browse the latest F1 job vacancies<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grosjean started the most recent campaign with two P2 finishes in the opening four rounds, before going on a shocking run of results. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the final 13 rounds of the season, Grosjean salvaged just one top-10 finish, resulting in Andretti opting not to continue working with the driver in 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grosjean is trying to find another seat on the IndyCar grid for 2024, although he&#8217;s also taking legal action against Andretti, who he expected to be racing for in the coming seasons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whilst he wishes the team&#8217;s employees the best for the future, he is insistent that promises made to him aren&#8217;t &#8220;being fulfilled&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He released a full statement on Wednesday, where he revealed that he&#8217;s &#8220;commenced an arbitration proceeding in Indiana against Andretti Autosport&#8221;, in a bid to &#8220;protect my rights&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I enjoyed working with the IndyCar team at Andretti Autosport,&#8221; Grosjean said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I am proud of the successes we shared through two seasons.
